この度、スイスでの巡礼を経て、神聖ケルト派カトリック教会国際連盟の総大司教アリステア・ベイト猊下より首席司祭の叙階を授かりました。ここに主の導きにより、正式に使徒継承を経た司祭としての聖職を拝命いたしましたことを、慎んでご報告申し上げます。ベイト猊下は、遠く離れた日本の地へと帰る私に、聖フェリクス殉教者、そして聖インノケンティウス殉教者の聖遺物（聖遺骨）を託してくださり、異国の地での宣教に寄せる深い慈しみを示されました。これから私たちの教会は、この二人の殉教者の聖なる遺骨を信仰の確かな「よすが」としてお迎えし、新たな歴史を刻み始めます。教会の姿は新しく生まれ変わりましたが、私たちの進むべき道は一つです。聖人の御加護に守られ、すべてを主イエス・キリストの御手に委ねながら、日本の地に福音の光を灯し続ける歩みを、より一層の決意をもって続けて参ります。

I have recently been ordained as a Archpriest by His Grace, Dom Alistair Bate OSBA, Primus of the Holy Celtic Church International, following a pilgrimage in Switzerland. I humbly report that, guided by the Lord, I have been formally appointed to the priestly ordination through apostolic succession. Dom Alistair entrusted me with the relics (fragments of holy bones) of Saint Felix the Martyr and Saint Innocent the Martyr as I return to Japan, a land far away, demonstrating his profound compassion for my mission in a foreign land. From now on, our church will welcome the sacred remains of these two martyrs as a sure “support” of faith and begin to write a new history. Our church has been reborn in a new form, but the path we must take remains one. Protected by the blessings of the saints, and entrusting everything to the hands of the Lord Jesus Christ, we will continue our journey of spreading the light of the Gospel to the land of Japan with even greater determination.

を助祭に叙階し、5月11日、司祭に叙階するとともに、首席司祭（アーチプリースト）の位階に昇叙させた。
本証書に署名し、印章を押印することで、信仰をもってこれを証するものとする。証人一同の立ち会いのもとに。
